Chiavari Chair Rental (White)
Our White Chiavari Chair Rentals are the perfect combination of light, airy, and sophisticated—ideal for any occasion.

Designed to immerse your guests in timeless beauty and comfort, these chairs are perfect for weddings, galas, and special occasions. Their classic design and superior craftsmanship make them more than just seating—they’re a statement of refined taste.

Rental Agreement: By renting our chairs, the renter will be responsible for moving and arranging them as needed. Delivery is available at an additional cost for round-trip delivery . All items are to be returned to their original drop-off location following event if they were picked-up.
The renter agrees to be responsible for each chair during the rental period. Any missing or damaged chairs will be charged at $50 per chair. A $150 deposit, paid separately after booking has been confirmed via direct invoice, will be used to cover any damage or loss. The remaining deposit balance will be refunded after all chairs have been inspected for damage, within 5-6 business days following the event.
Rental Shortages
Shortages should be noted at time of delivery and/or customer pick-up. If items are missing and are not reported at this time, they will be considered received and charged according to the original agreement. Charges apply to all items not returned or items returned damaged or dirty. It is the responsibility of the renter to pay for any damages incurred to any items. This includes broken and/or missing items as well as burns, wax or other damage to linens.
Pricing Information
Pricing is based on a one-day rental. Equipment is usually picked-up/delivered the day before the event and picked up the day after the event excluding Sundays. All rental charges are for time out, even if the item is not used. If you would like to rent items for an extended period of time, please call our office for special long-term pricing.

All rentals must be finalized and paid in full at least 30 days prior to the event.
Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event will forfeit 55% of the original deposit.
