First delivery may take up to 1 week to fulfill.
If this is a gift, you can select a specific delivery date at checkout.

Future deliveries will occur on the same date each cycle, unless you request a different date via customer support.
We work with nature’s rhythm, so the flowers in your bouquet will vary each week. Some bouquets may feature a single variety, while others will be a mix. Photos are for reference only and do not represent the exact bouquet you'll receive. Bouquet sizes may vary based on the flowers included.
Additional Delivery Fee:
We offer delivery during business hours, between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Please note that delivery times may be subject to availability, and an additional fee may apply. Some limitations on delivery areas or timing may also occur.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made more than 7 business days before your delivery date can choose between:
A refund, minus a 25% cancellation fee.
A full in-store credit.
Last-Minute Changes: We understand that plans can change, but please note that cancellations within 5 business days of your scheduled delivery date cannot be accepted due to the advanced stage of order preparation.
Rush Orders: Rush orders are expedited for faster delivery, and once accepted, cannot be canceled or refunded due to the nature of the expedited service. Thank you for understanding.
