Lead Time: We prefer to have 3 days to prepare your order to ensure the freshest arrangements. However, if you need your flowers sooner, you cab stop by to see what in-house flowers may be available. Before major holidays, we strongly recommend that you place your orders several days in advance.
Event Date: Please specify the date you need the flowers/coffee by during business hours 9 am - 4 pm, and we will ensure your arrangement is ready on time. When you come to collect we'll make your coffee/soft drink for you fresh.
Personalized Note:
All of our arrangements come with a personalized note. Please indicate any special message you'd like included below. If no message is provided, the note will be left blank.
Additional Delivery Fee:
We offer delivery during business hours, between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Please note that delivery times may be subject to availability, and an additional fee may apply. Some limitations on delivery areas or timing may also occur.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made more than 5 business days before your delivery date can choose between:
A refund, minus a 25% cancellation fee.
A full in-store credit.
Last-Minute Changes: We understand that plans can change, but please note that cancellations within 2 business days of your scheduled delivery date cannot be accepted due to the advanced stage of order preparation.
Rush Orders: Rush orders are expedited for faster delivery, and once accepted, cannot be canceled or refunded due to the nature of the expedited service. Thank you for understanding. (hours placed within 24 hours)
